Starbucks — Restaurant in Cullman

Rude workers ordered a shaken espresso they didnt even shake it all the white mocha was at the bottom and the girl at the window was bothered because i told her so she brought it back still looked the same and had a bad attitude so i went inside asked for a new drink and they all had a bad attitude they just need more training drinks are naaty they dont know how to make them. definately not going back and will be sticking to the OG location. they overall definately need more training and need to learn how to to talk/treat customers, if your’re gonna have a bad attitude...

I came into this location this morning from the shoals after my parents ordered online. Turns out, they accidentally ordered it to the location on the south end. The barista that greeted me was very kind and offered to make my order at that location instead of traveling across town! My food and drinks came out within less than 5 minutes and everyone was incredibly friendly, facilities were clean and stocked, and everything was delicious. Much better experience than the stores local to me...

So we went through the drive threw at 12:30pm today and I got to the speaker and the lady that was doing head set said welcome to Starbucks I guess……I asked for a large water and 2 pup cups she goes okay I guess we can do that today…. 😳Like what!?!? I’m so confused do yall not do water or pup cups anymore I don’t understand. All I have to say is don’t put shitty people with shitty attitudes in your window...
