Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Cullman

It has been over 6 months since we have been to little Ceasars. Now I remember why we hadn't gone in awhile. We rolled up Friday afternoon and ordered the 5 meat at the window. Was told to pull around and get back in line, that it would be about 5-7 minutes. Went around the building, they were 4 cars deep so I parked and walked in. I had my wife and grandson sitting in the car. When I entered it was TOTAL chaos. Several people sitting, waiting , looking at their watches, grumbling. 25 minutes later I get our pizza. SILLY ME, I didn't check it before I left. We live 16 miles away. It was chared on the bottom and around the edges. Meats were overcooked and sauce had evaporated. I called the store. Was told I could come back and get a replacement. I explained where I lived and wasn't driving back that night. We went back yesterday and picked it up. I looked at it. It smelled off. Got home. Wife got a piece out for her and our grandson. It was BURNT again. The server yesterday used the excuse for Friday that they were busy. Well isn't that what you are open for, to be busy and prosper? There was NO ONE IN THE STORE OR AT THE DRIVE THRU YESTERDAY. I'm so beyond calling back up there. I'll take the loss and THIS TIME ,remember why it had been so long why we hadn't been there in awhile. The one downtown is awesome. This one needs to retrain or close their doors. They didn't even slice the pizza all the way through. I had to get our pizza cutter out both nights and cut it ourselves. We put it all out for the wildlife to eat it. It hasn't been touched. My son went here a couple of days ago to get some cheesy bread for his 5 year old sister. He put in his order and went and waited in his car, he had been gone for a long time so I sent my husband to go check on him. We found out that they had never put in his order, he had been waiting on one cheesy bread order for 30 minutes. They hadn't even started it yet. My husband talked with a heavy set, brown lady, maybe a manager and she said she would compensate him for the 30 minutes he had been waiting. Overall my son had been waiting for the cheesy bread order for an hour!!! One cheesy bread order!!! Tonight we went back over because when my son came back that night I asked if they had compensated him, he said no. So we mention it as we are ordering a cheesy bread. We tell them that they never compensated him for waiting 30 minutes then waiting another 30 minutes for them to make the bread! They offered it to us for free but we had to wait for them to make the cheesy bread because it wasn't ready. We weren't waiting for that! It seemed very fishing to have to wait for another cheesy bread order when they were stacking fresh boxes and putting them in the warmer. We left it. No way are we going to take a cheesy bread with "extra" foreign toppings for our daughter. How is this place...

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Called and ordered 25 pizzas for an elementary school and asked if they can have them ready at 1030 24 hours in advance. They told me they could have them ready. Came in to pick them the next day and was instantly greeted with an attitude, from what I am assuming is the manager on duty today as she unlocked the front door to go in, young and apparently went to Vinemont High school. I let her know what we were here for and she very rudely said she didn't know anything about it and they don't open until 1030. The entire time I spoke to her the had the rudest look on her face and just really down right disrespectful. Then she presumed to tell me, as she walked away from me trying to explain to her the order and what I was told yesterday, that I needed to lose my attitude while I was trying to understand her dilemma and ours. I'm am not happy at all with this. Bad customer Service, horrible attitudes, just terrible experience. Will not be back. I spent almost 200 in this place for her to act like this.....
