Panda Express — Restaurant in Cullman

If i could give this place negative stars i would. Oh where do i start. First me and my family come in and there was literally nobody behind the counter we stood there for 10 minutes as employees completely ignored us and they were not even busy. Finally some rude chinese asian looking woman with glasses took our order was completely rude to us and kept asking us to repeat our order even though we were speaking perfect english. I also noticed they had a now hiring sign on the door but there was not one white person behind the counter or in the kitchen they only hire asian looking or chinese looking people apparantly very obviously it is a racist company. The mens bathroom was disgusting with fecal matter all over the toilet seat and when i said something about it to the lady behind the counter she completely ignored me. The food bowls were about 75 percent cold rice and 20 percent vegetables that were rubbery and the skimpy meat we had the orange chicken tasted horrible and was also cold . When i went out of my way to contact the area manager he told me i must be lying and asked me my nationality..why I will tell you why...because the entire organization is racist, People of cullman alabama i know my reviews have over 4000 views and im telling you do not DO NOT give this company your money they refused to refund my order accused me of lying and treated us with extreme disrespect, There are many more restaurants in this area that will treat you better and way better food also i have called the state health department and i hope they shut...

We called to order food tonight only to be told that they no longer accept phone orders to place our order online. Ok fair enough, ordered food online,1) bigger plate: teriyaki chicken X2 and broccoli beef 2) panda bowl:fried rice and mixed vegetables with brown sauce 3) panda bowl: white rice and mixed vegetables with shrimp and brown sauce. My daughter goes to pick up the order and gets told that we didn't pay for the shrimp.... We ordered online because y'all wouldn't take a phone order. The order says shrimp. Your website didn't charge enoght so you harass the customer at pickup? Then the young lady at the register asked my daughter what brown sauce was!!!! Get the food home and 1) is plain chicken ( no teriyaki sauce) 3 pieces of broccoli and 4 pieces of beef. 2) fried rice is hard (undercooked) with RAW vegetables! 3) was half a dozen shrimp and raw vegetables, no sauce! This is by far the worst experience we've had at this restaurant! Every place has an "off/bad" night but this is ridiculous and the staff was very rude both on the phone and in person. We stopped at this location on our way out of town, and were disappointed. When we walked inside, there was only one worker trying to fill numerous online orders and one other worker doing the cooking. We waited at least 10 minutes before she could take our order and there were a couple others behind us as well. We received our food, and it was not very warm at all. While eating our food outside, the same situation that happened to us before we ordered - happened again, except the line now had 10-15 people waiting to be served. The women’s restroom was also dirty. Meanwhile, as basically one worker was trying to fill online orders as well as serve those in line- what looked like the store manager/or another worker (I’m not sure) sat in the corner of the restaurant on her phone. I would have expected that worker to help the poor girl who was trying to fill so many orders by herself, or at least clean the place because it was not clean.
