Located conveniently off the 295 highway exit, staffed with some of the nicest stylist women you'll ever meet! Brooke is my stylist and she's amazing! She is one of the owners, and between her, Sandy -the other owner, and their staff, they are all just so super friendly, welcoming, professional and educated in their craft!!! I never feel pressured or like I'm waiting for a sales pitch to buy something like other places I've been to in the past. They also do not give off the attitude of 'get your hair done and move on'. They listen, offer recommendations and solutions that fit and meet your needs. I genuinely appreciate them and am grateful that they take the time to educate themselves in their field of work because its really important to stay on top of trends and they do just that and make sure their staff does too! It shows in how they pamper you and truly strive to give you their best when you are there, I always feel like I'm in good hands and their pricing is great too, many salons charge very high prices without the customerservice these ladies give. I had the experience of having Sandy cut my hair the first time I went in. I brought a picture of what I would like and I walked out of there with that exact cut. I was so excited, I totally forgot to give her a tip . I was so embarrassed, that I didn't want to go back. I knew that now I needed a color so I tried to make an appointment with her again so I could explain but she was unavailable. I had Brittany today and OMG I thought the haircut was gorgeous and just what I wanted, I didn't think I could hit the lottery twice. She gave me a color that she said she would take care of it and boy she nailed it. After I showed her a picture of what I thought I wanted, she said she knew exactly what she was going to do. I have the most beautiful hair color with highlights that I have never gotten before. It's stylish, short and fits my profile perfectly. I have been going to SBS on and off for the past few years. What keeps me coming back is the kindness that this salon exudes. I'm a pretty low-maintenance girlie, so I really need my sisters who know what they're doing to help me on my way! I was getting ready to take some professional headshots yesterday, and I knew that I needed help. I was in great hands with Sandy who gave me a cut and style that I loved. I was short on time and had missed doing my nails for the shoot, and Nicole jumped in to save the day by giving me a quick coat of polish, walking me to my car, and buckling my grown-woman-seatbelt to prevent smearing! When I tell you that I felt cared for in that moment, believe it! I was trying to fit too many things into one day, but Sandy and Nicole showed up for me with warmth, generosity, and kindness that gave me a restful pause in my day.
