Would love to give a 5. great personalities across the counter and full of knowledge but lacking there of after the sale. Purchased a nice sence vape full package and juice to go with it 6 days later I Broke my tip. Keep in mind it took me an hour to pick the one I wanted asking all kinds of questions. I went back in thinking forsure they have this tip. Well the clerk told me they stop making those tips a while ago and they can't get them anymore. Said it would be best to go on ebay to find one. Might I add they had 4 of the same tanks with big tips I was instructed that I could purchase the hole tank for 50$ for the tip. I was kinda surprised by the fact that they were not going to take the tip off one of those to help me out, we then noticed we could alter the tank for a smaller tip so that I at least had a tip to use. I then purchased the smaller tip and anther bottle of juice and left therefor I can not give 5 stars. But they are very nice people and prices are DECENT. I ALSO ENJOY...

Very nice lady helped me today, I wish I could’ve tipped her $100 with the info she was giving me about the devices I was looking at. It’s so refreshing to walk into a vape store and people know what they’re talking about instantly. I got something that I didn’t expect to buy today, but it was my ultimate favorite color and there was only one AND I’m a mod collector, how could I not? Thank you Tera for always having updated products and keeping my collecting fein fed. I’ll be using this one until I can’t anymore and it’ll sit all pretty after its life is over. Tera always stays stocked in my favorite juice, not for me obviously, but I love the fact I never have to question if they’re out or not because I’m a person who doesn’t like trying new flavors with the risk of hating it. 😂
