Rain or shine, I’m here every week doing my grocery shopping. Nothing beats the fresh produce, pasture-raised meats and so much more that this market has to offer. I love that I can talk directly to the producer and ask them all of my many questions so I know EXACTLY where my food is coming from.
I have a lot of things I love about this market, but the number one thing is the sense of community. The vendors, staff, volunteers and customers at this market are the most down to earth, real people. I have some of the best conversations and make the most genuine connections. Read moreNo longer dog friendly! We were not allowed in with our little cockapoo. Totally bizarre. We went up the road to Szalay's along with a lot of other dog owners who were talking about it. Very weird anti-progressive policy for this type of organization. The person who barred us didn't seem to see any logic in it, either. Something about food safety? The Magic hour is 11am-12pm - does this mean after 11am they sell dangerous, contaminated food and packs of wild, dangerous dogs to wander...
Read moreWill not be returning. We showed up with our two dogs and baby and were told we had to leave as dogs are only allowed from 11-12p. We drove 25 minutes to come see this market. Another family was also leaving for the same reason. This is the only farmers market that we have been to that we have experienced this, I feel like they are missing a large amount of customers by doing this, no one is going to stand around for an hour to wait for “dog hour” , we left and went somewhere a little more...
