Re-Bath — Local services in Cuyahoga Heights

We decided on Re-Bath after two years of struggling to make up our minds on which route to go--contractor vs. company. We opted to connect to Re-Bath through our local Wadsworth Lowe's, who made the initial phone call. Jim Carey at Lowe's also deserves a shout-out due to his diligence and kind follow-up calls.

Our Re-Bath representative, Nic Somodi, spent most of the afternoon going at our home going over every detail of our two-bathroom project. He was very knowledgeable and was a huge help in our decision-making and selections. We are so happy with our installation of our bathtub! The original tub had been replaced (we thought) in 2007 by Rebath. We called in June to see if a crack would be covered. Two months later the Rebath rep called to say it was! There had been a change in the franchise so they had to check. When the installers realized that the tub and surround had been replaced by another company I was worried that the job wasn't going to happen. But they honored their word and replaced the tub. I can't speak more highly of the installers, Mike and John. Very professional, careful of my home, worked quickly and efficiently. I had a Re-Bath consultation in October 2022, and a shower redone in December. Our salesperson at the consultation went through all the details and told us that our loan was 0% interest for a period of time. We only went through with this purchase because of the 0% interest. After making my second payment today, I noticed I was being charged interest. I double checked the original paperwork, and unfortunately, this salesperson did write in 9.99% interest. When reviewing the paperwork we were signing and explaining what each signature was for, he told us yet again that it was a 0% interest loan.
