Absolute worst Taco bell experience today. Placed a mobile order at 1pm, arrived at 1:10pm. At 1:30pm I inquired about my order and I was told they are waiting on the empanada and it would take 8 minutes. I found out my food had been sitting there the whole time and was cold. By this time I had invest 40 minutes for $20 worth of fast food. If I hadn't already missed lunch with my wife before she went back to work I would have had them re make it. Get your stuff together people, the drive through customers were served the entire time I was waiting.
Not to mention the sorry, sloppy excuse for a Cantina taco I received, pictured below. Do better taco bell.
Edit #1: Returned today for a mobile order at the drive through, was asked to pull around. Waited over 20 minutes and received cold food. I hate that the taco bell one stoplight from my house is this awful because I really love taco bell but everyone that works here needs to be retrained immediately.
Edit #2: This place has been getting bad reviews for at least 6 years, how has yum brands not stepped in and done something yet?
EDIT #3: I don't know why I continue to give this place chances. I seriously love and adore taco bell and this place is 1 stoplight from my house. I placed a mobile order for drive through pickup, 2 cars ahead of me when I arrived. I'm still sitting behind those same 2 cars 25 minutes later. I'd leave and just say screw it if I wasn't trapped in. Taco bell seriously needs to do something about this location. After 25 minutes of waiting for one car to receive their food, it was my turn to pull up to the window and they handed me cold food that had been sitting there for quite some time.
I asked them to remake it and told them I'd pull around. I parked and sat inside to wait, while I was waiting 4 other people came inside from the drive through with missing items, wrong items, or cold items.

Every time I have gone either my order was wrong, I waited 20-30 minutes for a simple order, or the food was just poorly made. I understand that this is a fast food restaurant but at least try and make the food decent. Every time I have gone it seems like it was a bunch of high school kids that sound like they are on drugs. Last night I ordered the number 1 and two bean burritos and they asked me to park in the front. I waited 25 minutes before my order was brought to me and there was a burrito missing. I even asked for a little extra sauce to which the employee said she would make sure it was in the bag and sure enough, no sauce! They ask people to park in the front because they want to make their time look good to their higher ups when in reality they can't even make a simple order within there supposed time-frame. Did I mention that I drove all the way home and noticed that I didn't get my drink. Again, I understand this is a fast food restaurant but the owner of this Taco Bell should be ashamed at them selves or their management team needs to do something about hiring competent people regardless if they are just being paid minimum wage. The food was poorly made with the tacos barley having any meat. The bean burrito that was missing looked like they found a bean burrito laying around and they just added extra cheese. Funny part about it is it was ice cold and when I opened it you could see melted cheese and some cold cheese just thrown in there. Needless to say I won't be returning to this taco bell. I don't recommend going to this Taco Bell at all unless you feel like wasting money and being disappointed. As many reviewers have stated, the customer service is horrendous and their wait time is even worse. They had us pay for our order, hand us our drink, give us a ānumberā written on a receipt paper and have us drive around the building to wait with others for the staff to bring out our food. They do this to fake the time on their delivery to customers. #1 thing you shouldnāt do. We waited with two other cars in front of us for over 15 min. A staff member came out to give the person waiting behind us their order. We decided this was ridiculous and went back around the drive thru to request a refund. Employee rolled her eyes, stated our food was ready with an attitude. We still requested a refund and corporates number. The āmanagerā refunded us partially, not the entire order. She refused to give us a corporate number, her name or her managers name. Never have we experienced such bad service at a fast food location.
