Last time I will go to this location. I love whataburger always have because of the food but especially the customers service but the last time I went one of my orders was wrong this was the second time the same order got messed up so I called it was the day a storm came thru but I talked to someone told them my son was going to tk it back because he wanted what he ordered and the lady told me can I come another day? I said he wants his food or at least give me a refund she agreed took my info unfortunately I did not catch her name as she seemed too busy to bother with me and hung up. So I called back someone else picked up and when I asked for a name they gave me a name so I waited to see if the refund would show up after several days and not seeing the refund I called talked to another person she took my info when I told her the name of the person I talked to she said no one by that name here so I'm thinking ok they lied about the name but no instead she made it seem like I was lying told me she had no info about what happened told me the manager will call me back well update im still waiting. When I attempted to report the incident, I was told that no report could be taken until the security footage was reviewed. As a result, I sat in my car in pain, waiting for further instruction.
Eventually, a store employee was sent out to speak with me; however, she informed me that she was off duty and unsure why she had been asked to handle the situation. Feeling frustrated and still in discomfort, I contacted the company's customer service. I was informed that I should have been allowed to file an incident report immediately and was advised to seek medical attention if I was injured. I was also told that someone would follow up with me to escalate the matter.

And walk over to the drink station to fix my coffee and the coffee container was empty. I ask the young lady to get some more. And she said we are brewing some more. I waited for the coffee to come out and two other people order their food. One of them was a whataburger worker. After 5 mins I get some coffee. I sit down waiting for my order and 25 mins go by. The two other people who ordered after me. Get there food out first. (There has to be some kind of priority for orders taken first.) I finally get my order after another 5 mins. I look in the bag and there was cheese on the sandwichās. I ask the young lady for no cheese and still got it. I told her I asked for no cheese. And she just shrugged her shoulders.
