Don't waste your time. My entire experience with them was cancelled appointments and excuses. I'd give fewer stars if I could.

Technician never arrived on site to verify alleged temperatures (they were advised the owner was home with an AC running in the building)... an assumption was made, followed by excuses about not having the gas for compressor (the one they ordered mind you), which had never been mentioned prior and then a sudden refusal to help. My neighbor suggested Loves and I can’t believe what a pleasure it was to do business with them.
