My husband ordered flowers from this business that cost $235 dollars during valentine's day 2021. He paid cash ( cause they wouldn't accept a credit card payment) and the old lady that took his order did not give him a receipt, but told him the flowers would be delivered next day at 1230pm. He had to leave and get money out the ATM and return to place the order. Well due to inclement weather, I didn't go to work that day and the school I work for was closed and locked with a chain on the gate. We told the lady this over the phone and she says that there is nothing she can do. They don't give refunds and they can't deliver the items anywhere else because they use a third party company to complete their orders. Also I spoke with the owner when I call the 2nd time and he couldn't even find the order my husband placed in person. So not only did someone take our money, but they kept the money to themselves and never placed the order in the system. It's like the order never happen. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY DURING THE HOLIDAY TIME.THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REFUND POLICY SUCKS. AND CLEARLY HE HAD SOMEONE ON HIS STAFF THAT IS...

Ordered online one day before Valentine's. The arrangement arrived in the afternoon on the 14th as they were doing businesses in the morning and residences in the afternoon; that made sense to me. My wife had to run errands in the morning anyway. She loved the flowers; which unlike those bought across the country, come already arranged and ready to stare at. She thought I spent a small fortune on her -mission accomplished. I also bought a plant for my mom. She loved it too. She said it looks really fresh and healthy. Overall very good value. Shipping is reasonable in comparison to other sites that want to charge you as much as the arrangement costs to ”ensure delivery”. I'd much rather support my local business and reduce emissions by reducing shipping costs and distances, than shop from an out-of-state merchant. I called the shop on the 14th with a question and they were happy to assist despite the busy day. Definitely will buy again. Thank you...
