Definitely my last time going to this location. I have been a customer for years, and have always had a problem with them getting my order right. they never answer the phone, but the one saving grace was that i could go back up there and they would usually resolve the issue. Yes, sometimes, the people have bad customer service and are rude, but you'd be cranky too working in a small cramped hot greasy area. But there are some friendly people with good customer service. After last night though, I will not be back. Went there Saturday, ordered 2 2pc's and a pepper. didn't get the pepper, (not surprising, they usually forget it that's why i rarely order it) anyway, they never answer the phone so i wasn't calling, and i wasn't going back just for a pepper. i did go back 3 days later (last night) to order a 3pc. I explained at the window that i was just there a few days ago and they left the pepper off and I would like one. the lady said ok but when i got to the window it wasn't there. i asked the young man and he asked another man who said my name wasn't on a list so he wasn't giving me a pepper. I asked about the list and he said that we have to call in when the item is missing and they make a list. I'm like ok, but historically yall don't answer the phone and I'm here right now, I handed him my receipt from Saturday and requested a resolution. he refused. I was frustrated and in an attempt to just leave, i said forget it and handed him a $1 to pay for another pepper and i told him i would follow his instructions and just call about the other one. he took the money and then said "that's what i thought". I took my money back because by then i was hot! i already paid for the item and shouldn't have to be subjected to the rudeness or pay for the item again. so i said i would just call. I called 9 times over a 30 min period. No answer. just like before. i then called today twice, still no answer, called another location (they answered and provided the franchise owner name and number) called him, he hung up on me twice. all I could say was hello and he would hang up. now i totally understand why people hate going there. I usually am here 1-2 times a week. but after years of rudeness and the recent events, this is one location I will NEVER go back to. Not another penny for me. Read moreI came to this location after work cause it was close to my home. Upon walking up to the window I’m told just so you know it’s 4 orders in front of you. I said ok because the drive through was packed. No one came to take my order for about 10 minutes and I waited patiently. The person who took my order has poor customer service and she was rude. I ordered a 3pc dark with stuffed peppers, and corn fritters which I waited an additional 20 minutes. When I asked how much longer will I be she gone tell me that other people was in front of me Mind you 3 people that came after me got there order before me. Instead of her letting me know that my order was ready she just set it outside the window and walked off didn’t say nothing. I walked up and asked for my money back and the guy going say can I remake it. Never refunded my money and I didn’t take the food. Read more0 stars. Quality of food was terrible, not fresh. Paid with my debit card on June 17th and drove off without getting it back from management accidentally. I didn't realize it was missing until the following day whenever I received alerts. That was the last place my card was used and last time I had it in my possession. The very next day someone was attempting to make 2 fraudulent transactions from Doordash and Cash app. I contacted the location and asked to speak with management about my experience & debit card not being returned/left. Advised mgr regarding unauthorized transactions were attempting to be made (card was only locked at the time).
