Disaster is the only thing that comes to mind. I took my 2002 Cadillac SLS for a nice little radio to be installed. Biggest mistake of my life. The day they called themselves finish with the install, I couldn't let my downs, fuel gauge not reading and than temp gauge not reading. Went back they told me they didn't what the problem was but was going to order an instrument panel. The instrument installed same problems and than new ones now my automatic start and alarm, I had on the car for 2yrs is not working, than they tied into my factory alarm. So I decided to take it to Cadillac, car has been in the shop since Aug.3rd come to find out the wiring was done wrong ($750)and they tied into my ECM incorrectly(which has to be replaced($1113), called them, sent the invoice, nothing, no response, out of pocket, $1993 for the repairs, $1000 for a car rental and than the $750 I payed for the radio. The salesman up front doesn't talk much. When u walk in. He stares at the computer while u stand there waiting for his help. The salesman way is when u walk in that they say welcome and how may I help u. He waited til he finish doing what he doing on the computer then talks. I wonder how many customers the company has lost. But I got him to warm up and we had a great conversation. Just s reminder to the company. Get up and approach your customers and assist them. THE OWNER IS A THEIF AND A CON ARTIST .I took my newly purchased Suburban to his shop to have my sound in dash system replaced since my vehicle is under warranty he figured it would be okay to uninstall my factory 8 inch screen and put in a 6 inch screen then turn around and charge the warranty company for a 8 inch screen. Now I have a horrible backup camera that I can barely see out of, speaker wires hanging from my sun visor a small screen that jumps from screen to screen and is hard to touch because everything is so small they did a horrible installation job not to mention he charged my warranty company over $2,000.
