DOLittle's Appliance — Local services in Dallas

My experience with Dolittle’s appliance I can say they are very affordable. They are reliable, but the only thing that bothers me is the lady at the front desk. She’s very rude obnoxious. She literally cut us off plenty of times while we was trying to fix situation. She said, smart remarks. She walked away from us, saying that she will not come back to the front of the store until we’re gone she went to the back of store yelling The only thing we asked her to fix situation that was dealing with their driver and my mother’s vehicle we did not approach her no type of way we did not attack her. We did not come in. There was some bad energy. None of that. she just straight yelled at us, cut us off I was talking, and then she says the most obnoxious thing the most pitiful thing of person to say when we was walking out the store she made a comment about my child that was very unprofessional of her and very rude of her and sickening if you sit up there and get mad and lying saying that we did something to your driver and that’s why she don’t like us (what in the hell we do to him and we don’t know him she couldn’t even tell us what she accused us bout) My mother is in her 60s. My grandmother is in her 80s. How is you gonna sit up there and assume that we did something to your driver? Then you sit there and say that comment about my child and expect for me to act the fool and jump over the counter and try to do off the wall things and try to give me out of character YOU FAILED!!Because you’re showing me that you are ignorant individual and then you have the nerve to act the way you act in the position that you’re in front of customers, I don’t know what the head manager or the person the owner of the store gonna do, but if you was working for me how you are, I will replace you somewhere else because that’s a bad look on that man’s store And he is good people Because of the end of the day when you deal with customers Customers are always right and I know I’m right about what I say about the lady behind the desk there’s very...

Do little? VERY LITTLE!!

Bought an inexpensive, used, upright combo washer dryer here. Called today for advice on how to correct two problems with it, fully aware it is outside the 3 month warranty. The dryer door hinge screws constantly require tightening. I asked how they might correct such a problem in their shop. She said I'd need to bring it in to have it looked at because she couldn't understand the problem. The screws back out too easily. How's that hard to understand? I just wondered if lock tight might help.

Secondly, their installer just slapped the old clamp on the unit, BARELY on the outlet. So it has fallen off. She said the installer just reused what was there. That's fine, but he DID NOT install it correctly. She was evasive and absolutely no help, claiming she's just there to sell.

Pretty disappointed. Just wanted advice.

If you want a free attitude and someone who doesn’t know any technical information on parts. Go here! I can’t believe the attitude I got from asking technical questions. I asked if someone who might have known my questions was available, I was told he only speaks Spanish! I said ok guess what I’m white and speak Spanish! So flustered and out of breath the lady said ok I’ll call someone in Mexico. I said see ya! I support small businesses all the way! This is one that won’t ever get a dime or any more time of mine from this post forward....
