We arrive 10 minutes before closing to place an order. We were told they are out of tortillas for a burrito and they ran out of tea which I understand happens as it was close to closing. We proceeded to the front window to pay for our food. When we got to the window the man explained they were out of lids for their medium drinks. The man than told us he would give us a large cup measured with a medium drink. My friend suggested that they give us the full large drink at no extra charge as it was not our fault they ran out of lids. The employee refused, And said that would be an extra charge (talk about poor customer service). We then received our food after 10 minutes of waiting for it. We checked of food before we left the drive thru and we were missing an ENTIRE burger. We handed the employee the bag of food and the receipt and asked him to check the bag so they can realize their mistake. We waited Again for or our order to come back to us (ANOTHER 10 min…. WAISTED). We got the food back and the order was WRONG AND the food was COLD!!! Needless to say I won’t be coming back to this GHETTO...
Read moreWent through the drive thru. Handed the cashier the card she dropped it. Got out to find it had literally fallen through a crack in the drive thru. After taking a bit to get it out, the cashier took my card and paid for the persons food behind me $18.01. I had only ordered a drink $2.75 (which I thought drinks before 11am were $0.99, even adding my flavors the price is still wrong but at this point who cares). So she offers me $15.25 in cash minus the $2.75 for my drink which would be the $18.01 (missing the penny so I guess I paid $2.76 for my drink) on top of all that happened. I am shocked I was even charged for a drink after everything she did. Then driving down the road we realize there is a hole in the side of the cup (looks like it had been poked with an artificial nail) and it had slowly leaked in my cup holder that I now get to clean. The first time I gave this place a chance I asked at the drive thru if I could do two separate orders. Employee said no. So I asked if I could come inside and do two separate orders. He said no again. So I said okay, nevermind, we will go somewhere else. He said "Okay we don't care"! Like what????
The second time I went through the drive through and said I wanted a number 11 with Buffalo sauce. The employee goes "What? A number 11? What are you even talking about? The 11 is just tenders they don't have sauce". So I realized I meant a number 12 and said so, and they go "Yeah next time read the menu".
