I am not returning until they remove the mask mandate. They offer good Latin American products that I like but I will found another storefront that reason and the next reasons. Sometimes products disappear and you ask if they will have them again and nobody has an idea. One Saturday I tried to buy the flower tortilla package they make, I needed them for a breakfast reunion I had. They said they are no more. I asked at what time they open Sunday to come and get them early. I drove 15 minutes to the supermarket each way. When I got there a gentleman said “ the machine is broken”. But they couldn’t said that a day earlier. I like the prices that is why I am giving a 3 star. Sometimes the fruit quality is not the best. You just need to learn what to buy and what not. Buying sweet bread has become a nightmare. They need to figure out a better system. A lady with gloves picks up your bread to put them on a bag. She has been working doing other things. It is the same as me picking up my bread with my bare hands. If they remove the thongs the put gloves for people like in a buffet. To see the bread cabinet an a table in front does not invite to buy. I used to buy at least 3 times a week. Since last year I had purchased only two times and the last time two weeks ago is going to be the last one. Same day they told me they didn’t have any more flower tortillas...
Read moreFinally this opened and well worth the wait I must say. Store is super clean and organized and stocked and so many nice people there to help you. I hope it continues after the Grand Opening. They have an amazing meat (and also fish) counter and fresh already prepared meats (delicious) and (still warm) tortillas. At the entrance there is a section for a variety of salsas and agua fresca and that wonderful chicken salad with the peas, carrots and cauliflower in it (my favorite). Next comes the fabulous produce section that looks like a magazine. The staff is bi-lingual (for the most part) if your Spanish is lacking. The store exceeds it's competition by...
Read moreI used to get my groceries here all the time but had to stop. The cashiers at this particular store are extremely rude they don’t smile, they don’t say how are you, they have zero customer service skills.. It’s like your getting checked out by a wall. In one instance the cashier made a mistake and over charged me 10 dollars, instead of apologizing she ended up getting mad at me for the inconvenience. Their customer service is horrible but they do have a lot of Mexican goods, even though they are high priced. If you like rude cashiers and high prices then this...
