The female lady working at 2am on Thursday told me my card was invalid. Went to 711 to get water and it work so I bought a hot dog. This location will not see me even though its 2 min away. Recommended upgrade staff. Because she didn't even repeat the order.

Update my card did go threw 5 times and every time the money was returned back to my account. I don't know she was doing but still I will not be returning.

I was a fool and felt Embarrassed because I thought my order failed to meet the purchase. Though Perla was on point and she had sweet tea so if they keep this staff not only her but the front of house,and back of house you have a gold mine. Staff always take care of first they take care of you and the customers better.dont under short them !!

October/23/2019 I order 19 dollars worth I get to the window and told by the staff that side sauces are a extra. By new management of mario ortiz. Honestly I should be done with this location when I can drive 3 min extra to experience great quality. Today the staff was great! Management rules not so much.

15mins later shorted a hashbrown yep I dislike this place and rather go to a jack and box 30 mins away.

11-25-24 update sauce charge which if you have multiple meals and get sauce, but give ketchup free . Ehh the tacos ehhh honestly go to the midway location.also I didn’t ask for hot sauce or ketchup. So is that why I’m charged 25cents per other sauce.

I will never go back to this location. I didn't get the name of the manager, but she had very poor customer service skills. I ordered a cheeseburger with a Dr. Pepper. She asked me if I wanted the combo. I said yes. Then she asked what size. I said LARGE. Then I asked to add a small Sprite (for my son). I pay for a large combo and get the food and small Sprite, but no Dr. Pepper. I asked her where it was and she said "Oh I thought you just wanted the Sprite." I said Um no. Then I asked to buy a Lg DP, She says it's going to be $2.15. I said eek, better make it a small, and that would have been $1.83! Seriously? I paid $0.89 cents extra to get a large drink and you are trying to charge me that much for a small! I left, but had to go back because we didn't even get a straw for the drink that was given to us. When we went back through the drive through line, I told her that I was upset, and she did nothing to try and fix it. I was not looking for any freebies, I just wanted my dang drink! She could have even charged me for a small and given me a large because that would have evened things out, but no. She was trying to talk over me as I was telling her what the issue was. Usually I come for the iced coffee which is great here but today I had the worst experience with an employee not sure what his name was as soon I walk in he was trying to take our order and when he saw we weren't ready to order he walk off with an attitude so we just assumed he was busy we left alone and ordered our food with a young lady who took our order as we waited my coworker asked the same guy with the attitude for his cup for the drink he ordered ,with an attitude he told he he could reach over the counter and grab the cup himself so me and my coworker look at each other and said I guess we work here now and with an attitude he mumble and said I wouldn't hire lazy people like yall. We are very offended we work hard ,we do construction first of all is avery difficult jobs then to have someone just talk down to us like that without knowing us makes our day even harder so please thank him for making our Monday that much harder to deal when we just wanted breakfast Sincerely A...
