I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Final Form Card Collection, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! As an avid Pokémon enthusiast, I was in search of a store that not only offered an extensive collection of cards but also provided top-notch customer service. Without a doubt, Final Form Card Collection exceeded my expectations on both fronts.
First and foremost, their collection of Pokémon cards was simply astounding. From the latest booster packs to rare vintage cards, they had it all. The store was neatly organized, making it easy to navigate and find the cards I was looking for. The variety and quality of their inventory were truly impressive, catering to both casual collectors and serious players alike.
What truly set Final Form Card Collection apart, however, was their exceptional customer service. From the moment I stepped foot in the store, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff members were incredibly knowledgeable about Pokémon and were more than willing to assist me in finding the cards I desired. They patiently answered all my questions and provided valuable insights about the different sets and their rarity.
Furthermore, the staff's passion for Pokémon was evident in their interactions. They genuinely shared my enthusiasm for the franchise and engaged in delightful conversations about our favorite Pokémon memories and strategies. It felt like a community of like-minded individuals, bonded by our love for these iconic creatures.
Not only did the staff assist me in finding specific cards, but they also went above and beyond by recommending additional products and accessories that complemented my collection. Their expertise helped me make informed decisions and expand my Pokémon experience beyond just the cards themselves.
The checkout process was smooth and efficient, and I appreciated the attention to detail in packaging my purchases securely. Final Form Card Collection truly understands the value of customer satisfaction and ensures that every visitor leaves with a smile on their face.
In conclusion, Final Form Card Collection is an absolute Pokémon paradise with an incredible selection of cards and an exceptional level of customer service. Whether you're a seasoned collector or a Pokémon enthusiast looking to begin your journey, this store is an absolute must-visit. I can't recommend it enough! Kudos to the entire team for creating such a wonderful shopping experience. I'll definitely be returning soon for my...
Read moreCustomer service is absolutely horrible. My boyfriend tried to come in and buy a $600 card. He had a few different cards he needed to use to do the transaction. I understand from an outside perspective, this can look suspicious. But, he frequently participates in a side hustle and he has a few different gift cards, which is how the company pays him. He uses the money on the gift cards to fuel is hobby, but is unable to take the money off of them for cash. Completely legit although weird. Sales person asks me for my ID, understandable. He complies and understands. The sales person starts quizzing him on his ID, and saying he looks nothing like his photo. He explains to him that he’s gained weight and has facial hair, but that’s the license he got when he was 18. When he try to explain the card situation, the dude tells my boyfriend that he doesn’t want to do that many transactions and refuses the sale. Although frustrating, we understand. But what really tops it off for me, is when he tried to inquire about a $2 card, the guy looks at him and says, “bro just take it at this point.” This felt arrogant and extremely rude towards a customer who frequents this store and was genuinely trying to make a purchase. Asking questions is understandable, but I can’t believe the treatment he got while he was in there. The way you speak to people says a lot...
Read moreI gave Final Form a try but i won’t be back. When i walked in a young kid was playing a computer game in the back and barely gave me any notice. After a few minutes of browsing i asked to see some cards, he reluctantly pushed his game and helped me get some cards and went back to his game. I’d ask a few questions here and there and he would always be playing his game as if he could care less that a customer is there, it felt weird.
I finally narrowed my selection down to 4-5 high value cards and asked about the total price. He whipped out his phone and gave me a total which seemed high and he said it’s based on market prices on TCG. I asked for a few minutes and confirmed the card prices online and his price was about 20% higher than i saw. I asked if he could come down to what I’m showing (which is what he told me his prices were based off of…) and even offer to buy a booster box. He became offended and grabbed the cards i was interested in and put them back and told me to just buy it from them then with serious attitude.
I was kind and respectful and genuinely wanting to have a win win and buy local but the kid had a power trip and lost a sale and future sales. I fully understand retail stores need a profit margin and support local stores but attitude and clear transparency on pricing is a must. I’ll be looking elsewhere for...
