This sets the scene of one of single best eating experiences our family has ever had. On a whim, we placed a call to Chef Han to cater a family gathering. Before long, the smells and sound of a 5-star Hibachi experience were dazzling the senses in our very home. Each and every aspect of the experience was observed with the highest caliber of service, and I will spend the time to tell everyone I can to take the leap and try it for yourself.

Chef Hans is a man of many hats; one of which is of the flaming variety. From master Hibachi chef, stand-up comedian, and expert juggler, he does it all. He provides a one man show that is relentlessly as fresh as the delicious food he prepares before your eyes. Every dish was stellar. Be it the fried rice or the filet mignon; Chef Hans dives deep into his 20 plus years of experience to cultivate flavors that will appeal to even the most jaded foodie.

Beyond the event itself, I wanted to comment on the cleanliness and efficiency of the staff during the set up and break down of the operation - something I was surprised at given the 500 lb Hibachi tank of a grill needed to be center stage of the whole event! The tasteful black tablecloth set up and comfortable seating provided the perfect atmosphere for an evening to remember. Communication with Chef Han from the beginning to the end was also great. He asked all the right questions to make sure he was prepared for the space and our group.

Chef Hanzo is hands down AMAZING! I reachd out to him back in January for my husband's birthday event in June and since then we made several changes and he's been super accommodating. The week of the event I bombarded him with a lot of questions due to weather and not for once was he tired of my questions.

The day of the event, he was there with his team and on time to get started as he promised. We were not able to start exactly on time, but he was very patient with us. The show began and he was exceptional. Everyone loved it, the food and experience as a whole. He kept us entertained and put on a great show.

I can't thank Chef Hanzo & team enough for making my husband's birthday a memorable one.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Prompt and professional with booking process and communicated very well in the weeks leading up to the event. Chef Han and Ethan were patient and so fun with a group of 18 rowdy 14 year old boys . The boys had such a blast, and it was completely stress free for us as they handled all the set up and clean up. And I can’t forget to mention the food. So delicious - did the Filet and Chicken combo which was a hit with all the boys. Hanzo Hibachi exceeded all my expectations.
