BEST SERVICE BEST FOOD BEST BEST BEST. They accommodated my gluten preference, brought unsweet tea for me. They served 50 of us for a conference. Local family business. I couldn't write enough nice things to describe how I would always always always book them, and stop by when I am in town. My client was there with me, literally born in Sicily…LOVED their food. Meatballs…just wow, loaded fries, the sausage was insane good, but the eggplant and chicken parm…I can't explain HOW out of this world good it was and I am an excellent cook. I am almost glad I don't live in this state they are in bc I would gain 30 lbs...

Visited Hale on Wheels for a delightful food truck experience and was blown away by their Chicken Parmesan Dippers! Each bite was a crispy delight, with a breading that clung perfectly to the chicken without sliding off, and the marinara sauce was a flavor explosion. The only downside was the slightly steep price tag on the chocolate cake, which, while tasty, left me wishing for a bit more bang for my buck. I found Hale on Wheels at the Truck Yard in Fort Worth. The food was excellent, so I asked if they could serve food for my wedding.

Everything went off without a hitch! They arrived on time and I heard nothing but compliments from our guests! With all of the work going in to planning a wedding (or other large event), having a group like Joe and his team handling the food was exactly what we needed.
