I've been coming here since I was a kid. Hot food isn't the same anymore. Only good hot food in the kitchen are the wings and that's if its cooked properly and depending who's the cook. It's the hood and I get it. But if you're looking for high quality convenience store food. This isn't it. Locals eat the hot food because its affordable, low quality and they're use to it. Get a burger from wingfields instead. But not here. And fried rice is the worst. You have to be starving to stomach any hot foods from hi ho. The only cook is a lady who knows what's she's doing. Get her on any day and your food will be better than other cooks...
ย ย ย Read moreMy experience was great, an customer service is great, you can also get hot food, they have a deli, and you can pick up a few item's, if you can't make it to the larger convenience "Hi Ho" might just have what your looking for. The beverage's are always cold, and sometimes you may meet someone from the neighbor hood, friend/classmate/ co-worker/ or people that you remember at church. ย ย ย Read moreNot really a grocery store more of a convenience store with a limited ammount of dry goods would give 0 stars if i could they people who work there harass people with disability animals in the store and they allow other customers to harass and threaten customers that need disability animals to the point of threatening to kill the animal and the handler and threatening the people around the disabled person for speaking up on their behalf.....i would boycott this store If i were you...
