I am very disappointed in this shop use to come here at least once a week since 1994 work they provide was awesome and Tina was very nice and sweet her work was at its max I had to stop get my nails done due to the type of work I do so in told my I'm going to start back getting my nail do with that being said started go back and had some problems trying to get my nails done Tina has changed ii guess now that the business has grown her head done got big now she think she can talk to you any kinda way not me on the the last few times I went in she was very rude the guy asked me what I need I told him what I wanted I Tina spoke to him in there Languagehe them told me we have no opens spots am looking the place is not full workers are just sitting around didn't think not of it then till the next visit the same thing happened again just went there on yesterday same thing well she done have to worry about me I can take my money somewhere elsecause being lied to and disrespect is something I will not Tolerate not when I'm spending my money watch how you treat people cause that can be the down fall to your business he sit high and...

Well dam. I thought this would be my new nail home. My tech was way too aggressive. He took my nails off by pulling them off which honestly wouldn’t have been a problem but he used the cuticle cutter and ended up cutting my actual nail bed. When he saw me start bleeding he apologized but didn’t stop. WOW!!!!! My nails hurt, my fingers hurt. I’m just so over it. I asked for dip and he put colored acrylic. I asked if it was acrylic, and he assured me it was dip. Friend I visit a lot of nail shops looking for good shops. Trust my reviews. They don’t turn anyone one away tho. Rude and very unprofessional . Tryed to charge me for a service that was not done . The man got mad and stop doing my nails because I told him they was charging me for a service that was not done . I been going here for 2 yrs and they just start doing this I am I regular customer I always come get my hand and feet done here . Today I came no one wanted to do my nails they all just looked at me and called a female that just walked in and never asked me anything. I will never come back again . I will go somewhere else for my service where they treat me better . If I could give them a zero star I will.
