Tostadas Y Micheladas El Camaron Loco- Beckley Ave — Restaurant in Dallas

I give it a 2.5 out of 3. It's a small little shop with maybe 3 tables. It's pretty good and the choices are great. When we ordered it was just use, we ordered a shrimp tostada and when we received our order they gave us a ceviche on a plate. We didn't think nothing of it until we where half way and said didn't we order a tostada let a lone a shrimp one. We showed the ticket to the younger lady who took our order and only said oh yeah you did order a shrimp tostada and went to the back. I thought she was going to make us another but no. She just went in the back I guess call on the phone and left me standing there. The gentleman came out said may I help you and I told him we ordered a shrimp tostada and was given a different order. They didn't ever apologize or offer to refund me. Well they did just offer to only give me back the difference but I guess because I kept reminding them that they didn't give me the right thing. An apology would have been fine but because they didn't I was a little upset. The food was good I can't take that from them. But hopefully next time they can learn to apologize and maybe at least offer a half price, I understand If they where busy but it was just us and it was...

I used to come here often. This place used to be great. Unfortunately, not sure what happened but the customer service is no longer good.

The first time I noticed their bad costumer service, I thought it was maybe that they had a bad day or something. Second and third time I went, I realized they are the problem. They do not offer a solution to a problem, they have this rude and bad attitude. They seem to be bothered when we ask for something to order. All of them!

I never complain at all, but these people act like they are doing us as favor. Although their ceviches, papas and micheladas are good, I am NEVER coming back.
