If I could give you a 0, I would! Ordered flowers online for my partners birthday while I was in India. Was told they were delivered, they weren't. I reached out via instagram, since I was overseas and was told the driver delivered them, they didn't. Was then told they would check with the driver to see if he got a picture and get back to me, they didn't. After I asked again, they said they would re-deliver the next day. They didn't. My partner called and was told they would deliver, they didn't. Then they stopped taking his calls and also stopped responding to me via Instagram. TLDR dont make any online orders.

I emailed them to ask if my oder was delivered. It was placed the night before.

I only received a confirmation a few hours later (8pm) I have emailed them that the recipient never got a knock/notice or the flowers themselves.

I have sent out two timid emails asking for help, contacted their instagram, and even called (I'm in canada)

0 response. I am mostly bummed that the recipient didnt get a nice surprise and only I got a really bad one. I'll be calling my bank tomorrow to dispute this.

Ordered flowers from this place on Saturday June 10,2023 to be delivered to my college kid at DBU and spoke to a man on the phone twice about my order!
