South County Vapors Dana Point — Local services in Dana Point

I love this vape shop. For the last few months, it now has become my #1, my go-to, and my home shop. Interestingly enough, it has nothing to do with their merchandise, or their prices, or the LOCATION….(that detail required some extra emphasis believe me!). For years I have actually gone to a few other shops that are MUCH closer and sad to say, I did/do like those other shops’ selection more….Now FYI, I have a DUI right now so getting around is a struuuugle. So keep THAT in mind also for when I tell you, what has me actually HOPPING ON A BUS ! And taking it way into Dana Point!! instead of just going 2 blocks away to my old shop, is the people. The girls there are amazing! Especially Tabatha, she is who takes the credit for me going back again and again. The first time I walked in she made the experience super comfortable and a lot of fun. She genuinely cares about making my experience there as best as it could possibly be….asking questions, making suggestions, and cracking jokes with her blunt humor!! Truth be told, every time I visit and pick up some supplies I walk out with a smile on and feeling better than when I walked In minutes before…. Is there anything more important than that? Thanks guys(girls**), ya’ll have certainly been doin it right!! Keep it up and I’ll see y’all soon!! ...

I walked in on a Monday night, they still had over an hour until closing. It was dead, nobody else in there. It's my first time there and I look at their small selection of products for only a few seconds before the cashier comes up and asks what I'm looking for. I ask if they carry a certain product: "What's that?" I explain, very briefly and clearly. Pompously, she says, "Well, if we had that it would be on display right there, I promise you we don't have any hidden items in the back, if we had it, it would clearly be right in front of where you're standing" I just said "Thank you" and walked out. The rude and conceited attitude was really unnecessary. I didn't catch her name, but considering it was an older plus-size woman, it was likely the Tabitha that other reviews mentioned. Sorry if you were having a bad day, or for burdening you with a simple straight-foward question, making you get up from your computer/phone? There are other places with larger selections, better prices, and nicer people who perform better at their jobs. I would suggest going to other stores before...

This! This is the place to visit if you're in need of anything in the vape or vape accessory world, If they don't have it, they'll likely get if for you and at the best price. The people who work here are all knowlegable and very friendly, and if you have a question about anything they carry (or don't for that matter) they explain it slowly and thouroughly so you understand the answer. (With me, Colin has displayed a tremendous amount of patience LOL) Either way, you'll most likely walk out of the shop with more than you inteded to!

Lastly, they keep a sharp eye on the market to stay on top of the trends (and the hot new products) so chances are, they'll have the most recent and best merchandise available.
