Maxi Luxe — Local services in Danbury

We purchased the 6-piece Deluxe Performance Slope Arm Cloud Couch about a month ago and we couldn’t be happier.

The couch is incredibly comfortable, beautiful, and the price was a fraction of what we were about to spend at any of the big box brand name stores. We were a little worried about the off-white color considering we have 3 young kids and 2 dogs, but I’m happy to report that small stains have easily wiped away.

I also can’t say enough about Max. His overall communication, non-pushy approach to sales, and post-sale customer service was outstanding. I was visiting family in CT (we live in NJ) and Max was nice enough to meet us on a Sunday afternoon at his showroom to let us lounge on the couch with only ~48 hour notice.

We pulled the trigger and the following weekend, the couch was delivered with white-glove service (unboxed, assembled, and all packaging discarded).

The couches are precisely what we expected!! We chose the 6 piece set, which boasts high-performance fabric that's super easy to maintain and repels liquids. The comfy pillows and sofa are incredibly soft, too! Max delivered an exceptional level of service from beginning to end, including seamless delivery, installation and added bespoke touches with his exclusive stain remover spray, sponges and microfiber cloth. This was our first time collaborating with him, and we will certainly turn to him for our future furniture needs. My husband and I will be purchasing his gorgeous outdoor furniture- I’m sure! I found Max on FB marketplace. His lovely wife was communicating right away even though it was late in the evening and was super helpful. The next day Max did a FaceTime call with me to show me the couch and layout options from his showroom. One whole day later Max was here assembling my beautiful new couch! The couch itself is super high quality, extremely comfortable and absolutely beautiful. But what really stood out was the amazing customer service from start to finish.
