American Barber company is such an amazing shop. All the barbers are so cool and really good at taking care of your hair. I love Taylor, she’s definitely a boss barber. I came in for the first time here and she really took care of me. Honestly I didn’t know anything about what haircut fits me but I had an idea of the styles I like. She was really thorough with the consultation and despite meeting me for the first time, she already knew how to cut my hair like I’ve been there for years (I have a weird head shape and my hair grows weird). She was even able to anticipate how my hair was going to grow which was crazy because I’ve always had an awkward grow back phase when it came to my hair, but not after I got a cut from Taylor. Book Taylor ASAP! Very friendly, great with teenagers, easy to talk to, and offered great recommendations on aftercare/stylong.

She worked on my kid's hair, transforming it from teal blue and neon yellow to a vibrant Hayley Williams red with black raccoon stripes. Taylor explained every step of the process and recommended how to keep maintenance if my kid wanted to keep changing colors frequently without damaging their hair.

Taylor also gave my kid a an emo/alt haircut , just like Ramona Flowers from Scott Pilgrim. It’s exactly what we asked for.

I used to just walk in and get a hair cut with whoever is available. It happened to be Tag during my her first week at this location. My wife looked at my haircut and insisted that I go back to the same person everytime as she felt it was the best haircut I had ever received.

Since then, my son (5 yoear old) and I have been going to her regularly. She is great with kids.
