The Brick Running & Tri Store — Local services in Danville

This place is deserving of no less than 5 stars (if I could give 6 I'd give 6). The staff was absolutely amazing in every single way. They were very friendly and made me feel like family. I explained that I had had injuries from running/sprinting and they offered to give me an evaluation on their treadmill, free of charge. After doing so they showed me a video of my legs and feet running in slow motion, and explained the issues. After they explained the errors in my technique, the employee gave me tips on how to fix these errors and ways to prevent injury. After that, the employee showed me 3 pairs of shoes that he felt were perfect for my running technique. I tried each pair on and was able to decide on a pair that I love. I highly...

Great store! The staff was very professional, friendly, and patient. Blake measured my feet and asked a bunch of questions about where my current shoes were causing issues in order to select a bunch of options that might fit. He worked with for a solid 30 minutes to make sure I found something perfect. When the store emptied out after a bit Jacob also stepped in to help. I rarely write reviews but The Brick deserves some positive feedback. The customer service folks are excellent and especially Adam. He helped me to find and order a brand of bike very hard to find in this area. Not only could he get me the bike, his customer service was great. I will travel the 2 hours from my home to The Brick for every bike purchase from here on....
