Paola did a fantastic job with my wedding dress. The dress is not a traditional one and the details/fabric are pretty unique so I wasn't sure if some of my requests would be possible but she made it happen! Not only did she do an amazing job on my alterations, but they were also done so quickly! I was so impressed with the turnaround time. Also, she communicated with me every step of the way. She called to keep me updated on the progress of the alterations and kept my informed about the timeline. Halfway through my alterations, my mom decided to reach out to Paola to see if she would be able to squeeze in her hemming with only a few short weeks before another wedding she was in. Paola was so gracious in fitting in the alterations in her already busy schedule and made sure it got done before our tight deadline. Paola was amazing! She made my strapless ballgown wedding dress fit like a glove. I knew it wouldn’t be an easy job, but she totally nailed it. Paola was super sweet to my mom and me and made me feel so beautiful every step of the way. I am absolutely obsessed with the way my bustle turned out as well. She also altered my rehearsal dinner dress, and it turned out perfect too! My mom was so impressed, she’s planning to go to Paola for her mother of the bride dress.

Definitely book ahead, she’s busy for a reason! I also felt that the price point was fair and comparable to other shops. I will say that I knew my dress needed a-lot of work going into this, so expected a higher price than a typical hemming. I’ll post pictures here after my wedding in December!

I took Paola my wedding dress and my after wedding dress 9 days before my Saturday wedding. She promised me she would have them ready on Friday the day before my wedding. She not only fulfilled her part but called me Tuesday evening and said I could pick them up the following day, 2 days earlier than I expected!! When I picked them up, they fit perfectly and looked amazing! She had even steamed them both prior to me picking them up. She was incredibly professional and stayed in touch with me the entire time! I will never take my alterations to anyone else! I’d give her 10 stars...
