I see someone ordered and received a speed queen on 11/28 and it was delivered 2 days later. We ordered ours from them the 1st week of November and then added pedestals. We still HAVE NOT received and they say they have no idea when it is supposed to arrive, though it was promised November 27th and then December 5th. They wanted us to pay with a check or cash. So far they have saved me hundreds of dollars on just a few appliances. Add to that, this is a locally owned company, a mom and pop. This means that when they make a profit that profit stays here in town. It doesn't go to North Carolina or somewhere else. Read moreWe have been without an ice maker for weeks and weeks because we could not get an installer scheduled to uninstall our fridge, out while protecting our wood floors of course, and then re-install it after the repair.
