Purchased twin bed was promised next week delivery and did not receive. Went to store and was promised following Tuesday delivery, was contacted Tuesday morning and told delivery would be between 3 & 7 pm and they never came out called. Called to cancel and was told it was on the way. Went to store to complain and was told return it! No empathy or sympathy and this was for my handicapped brother in law.
