I just visit this store yesterday, The lady was so rude and disrespectful. I purchased a phone not even a month ago, from this place. When I went there the store was empty the door was open the alarm went off I thought something happen to the worker so I call 911 me and my over caring self was concerned..the person quit and left the doors open,....After about an hour and half a nice young man showed up by the name of Carlos who helped the customers. Weeks later I started having problems with the new phone,( the phone was overheating, Metro tried to convince me I did something wrong , the phone kept getting hot) I called 611 all week about this phone, they sent me back to the store I purchased the phone from to get another phone. I went back here I was told by the lady that this Metro was privately owned they had nothing to do with 611calls! The phone I purchased for over $200 was a Galaxy AI6 5G ..611 tried to reset the phone, There is a malfunction in this phone somewhere. I answered all their questions did I use the phone's charger that came with the phone yes. Did I download apps? No I was with metro for over 10 years and never had a problem. Read moreThey never answer the phone, my husband had to walk over there because our car is in the shop, he tried calling first to be sure we had enough to pay the phone bill because times are really hard so we have to watch our pennies. Anyway we called no one answered the phone so he walked over there to pay the bill to find out he was short and couldn't pay it. All they had to do was answer the phone to avoid the walk but apparently they were busy doing nothing.This is why I don't have MetroPcs phone cause their customer service sucks!!!...

I needed a brand new phone, and she helped me switch everything over, I forgot my Gmail login info, and she was able to help me recover it. Lisaa took the extra time to show me how to use my new Samsung phone and watch so that I wasn't going home, not knowing what to do.
