Tom Fellows Community Center — Local services in Davenport

This rating is purely based on the Gym and restrooms, as I only ever go for them. The area to work out is a pretty good size and despite the building being packed with children a few days of the week, they are mainly in the common areas and gymnasiums for sports. Every once and a while you see kids sitting around on the equipment in the work out area. Overall the building is very clean which is a plus. Restrooms have always been stocked and sanitary. The price for services offered is extremely fair. The only negative I really have is that the gym does not have sanitary wipes for the machines, so I have to bring my own and carry them around with me while working out. I am very sorry for my review but I have to, last year I thought it was just a parent problem everything ended it up with a big fight and police report. This year I decided to bring my sons to join the basketball season again to give them a second chance, but I realized that most of the management team controls the referee to their desired team and again parents fighting with kids this is unacceptable and management doesn’t do anything. Excellent place to play pickleball. 3 courts. The line coloring is a bit hard to read, but I got used to it. During the week, play is from 8:30 to 11:30AM, and often we could play past noon. Unfortunately, no play on the weekend.

I wished they would convert some outdoor parking lots into PB courts. Even if only temporarily, with double use (PB courts and parking during events).
