Growing shopping area-includes stores like Ross, Michaels, PetSmart, Sally’s, Payless(currently closing), Target, JcPenny to name a few stores. It is spread out like a strip mall in a line with numerous entrances and several roadways to weave in and out between construction. Clearly the expansion is continuing;however, it isn’t stated what stores will be arriving. It is clear that housing will be developed within walking distance which appears to be a trend and needed for retail to survive as a storefront versus online or “I want it now”. I visited several shops and found all of them to be clean, workers friendly and helpful, the parking is very efficient with large spaces and plenty of special needs spaces too. Very easy to navigate around by foot and in a vehicle since the layout is flat and long, I would not recommend walking the entire strip unless you have plenty of time and are in good condition; there are hills and steep inclines which might be a safety concern for some people. For others it might be a great workout! Happy shopping experience and I cannot wait to go back and find more bargains. There are many stores here and I am excited to visit...

I went yesterday with my wife, Tere Pizarro who is the driver since I don't have a driver license to look for a used car. We met Mrs. Jennifer Rosario Sales and Leasing Consultant who is bilingual who showed us a 2021 Jeep Cherokee Limited with only 40,000 at a excellent price and in excellent condition. My wife tested the car in which I was the passenger and we loved the car and right there we decided that we were going to buy it. Jennifer was very professional, friendly, humane and did all the paperwork quickly and even took us to the bank for the wire transfer since we were not with a car. She also send us to Mr. Bill Miller who is the Business Manager who did all the paperwork for the wire transfer and all the extra added warranty to the car which also was a excellent coverage at a excellent price. He was also very professional, friendly and humane and we could leave the dealership with this beautiful car after only 2 1/2 hours. Both Jennifer Rosario and Bill Miller have excellent Customer service and are very professional. We are very happy and pleased with this Posner Park Dealership and it employees and we will reccomend this place...

A word of caution: be careful while driving in this shopping complex!! Very aggressive drivers who don't care about pedestrians and don't know what a stop sign means! I've been shopping here for over 10 years and it seems like the drivers just get worse over time.

Otherwise a good place to shop and eat. Nice but limited selection of retail, although I recommend going at a time that is not so busy, especially if you plan on shopping at Ross. They tend to be understaffed and the CUSTOMERS get really impatient and nasty when it's busy, so save yourself the trouble if you can.

Cinepolis is not usually very crowded and always has a decent amount of new releases.

Best buy is always a good get. Great selection and even better service. The prices are always consistent with their online selection.

The frozen yogurt shop is fun and cute but the employees are bored and, quite frankly, boring.

Target is very often hit or miss depending on what time of the day you shop there. Going early in the afternoon is your best bet.
