Roses Express — Local services in Dawson

On 7/31 I came to the store to return some items was told by the manager that I couldn't return the item because my receipt was faded but the barcode was perfectly fine... She refused to scan it and told me to return it to the store I got it from... For some reason this store does not like to accept returns or exchanges from other roses.... The manager wasn't rude but she was not...

Went to return an item that was defective to get another one and the manager told me I could not return it because it was open...like I can see the defect without opening it and testing it out...so to keep from arguing I just bought another one, but roses definitely just lost a customer who shops there...
