Used to love this place and tell everyone to come here. Untill now. I bought product from them recently and was given the wrong product. They later called me and told me that they were sorry and that I would have 50% off of my next purchase. I accepted and went back today to use that discount. I asked the lady at the front counter what the terms and limitations were on this discount before I even told them what I wanted. She then called her manager up to answer my question. She told me that I was told 50% my next purchase and that’s what would get. I showed them what I wanted and was still not told that discounts couldn’t be combined. When it was time to pay she then told me that I couldn’t use the full 50% off that I was promised because I selected something that was already on sale, all they could do was 15% off and that I was VERY unreasonable to expect to get my full 50% off that I was promised. Then another worker cut into my conversation with the manager and told me that I could either purchase what I selected, select something new or leave the store followed by and quote “ what’s unreasonable is you arguing for 20 over something that is not going to change” end quote. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced (and that’s including bill collectors). If I was told that my purchase had to be a full priced item to used the 50% off then I would have known what I was walking into and made my choices accordingly. But no I got a textbook bait and switch. If I’m told verbatim that I’ll receive 50%off my next purchase and I select a product, I expect 50% off that purchase, not 15% off because you were running a 35% sale on that item already. But to be talked down to because I was confused as to why I was told the same thing by 2 different MANAGERS ( ironically both named Jenn ) and then when I came time to pay I was told by the same “manager” that “ I’m the only person that didn’t understand that it had to be a full price item”. If the manager would have answered my question and told me what the terms of the discount were, instead of just saying you have 50% off, we would have avoided all of this. There is nothing with “ fine print” for me to read because it is a manual discount that the manager has to enter, so how am i supposed to know THEIR policies. But I get called VERY UNREASONABLE and talked down to because I expected them to keep their word when I made sure to ask before I made any choices. The only one being Unreasonable is GUARANTEED DISPENARY by not HONORING their word and just telling someone something to get them back in the door. They told me I would have to talk to their General Manager Jen because she was who told me I had 50%, but refused to tell me when I would be able to come back a talk to her. Told me that I would just have to try my luck...
Read moreI had probably the most unhapp, unnerving and unbelievable experience at a "weed" store. I unfortunately suffer from a multitude of conditions that only medical cannabis which I've been on and off of since 2018 treats without horrible side effects that steroids and many other things do to me.
So I've come here every other day almost since recreation went on sale and then I just got my card renewed finally after breaking down and deciding to do it over the phone, instead of seeing the doctor in person like I would have wanted to do this time since I hadn't seen one in a long time especially since before covid has put me in my position I'm in currently.
What I mean by that is I currently live at the sanctuary right up the street on Wilmington avenue the nursing home / assisted living facility that I've been currently in since last year in August I got put in assisted living because of I'm unable to take care of myself because of how bad my covid fueled autoimmune conditions are now
So I will talk to the store owner soon and the manager I've already talked to her before so she should be aware of what I go through pretty much cuz I think we had a pretty good long conversation a few weeks ago and for her employees to treat me the way they did and be snarky about it as I leave they do not deserve my business ever again . Some apologies are needed and with all due respect, after feeling embarrassed and just overall sad and that I've been treated like this as a medical customer instead of being treated like I'm some sort of whack job off the street hunting for my next fix. Unlike the majority of the employee base I'm not in it for the fun effects ,I use cannabis for the medical properties to keep my life going so I don't kick the bucket in the next 5years. I would especially like to have a some sort of quality life with less pain burning inflammation in the ability to go and eat something occasionally without getting super sick afterwards or not have any ability to go to the bathroom for a week or two.
So you know who this is and you know how to contact me various methods to do that please do so before the start of next week as I am...

CONS Waiting room a lil dull Driving on Wayne Ave sucks (it's getting paved, though!)
NO OPINION When I went, it wasn't busy, so I'm not sure how waiting can be here or if they get long lines.
Finally, a TRUE DISPENSARY EXPERIENCE that doesn't feel like you're at a doctor's office (every other dispensary) or doing a parking lot deal (Harvest by The Greene).
When business meets talent, you get Guaranteed Dispensary.
I felt protected inside and outside with a security presence (and dude was NOT someone you want to FOFO with), which was nice to see.
The waiting area is nice, but bland. It could definitely get an upgrade, but it has a vibe of its own with custom paint. Everywhere else is blank white, medical walls.
Once inside, Sarah told me that the shop has a lot of upgrades on the way, especially with recreational beginning this week, and boy, I was impressed.
In my photo, you can see black stands. Well, inside them are tablets and product, spreading out the clientele and giving everyone time and space to decide.
They have GIANT Touchscreen TVs on the wall that you can use to peruse products and order in-store.
There's online ordering, which I used, and allowed for an even easier experience from home.
They has a ton of sales and discounted items, so make sure to sign up for the newsletter as you won't be able to remember them all.
They've made a regular out of me. This was such a pleasant surprise as far as dispensaries in Dayton, Ohio go... heck, all of Ohio.
Pricing was spectacular!
As a med card holder, Michigan was more affordable, but meow, thanks to this place, I'm actually saving money.
HIGHly...
