Greatest Phone repair place ever. The week before my birthday, I dropped my iPhone 13 on my dorm room floor at the wrong angle, shattering the back glass. With a busy class schedule, I had to wait till Monday, my birthday, to get it done. I came in around 5pm and dropped it off, then came back around 7:30pm. After most of the customers left, it was me and one other dude left waiting for our back glass to be replaced. Without my phone, I was expecting the wait to be incredibly boring, but the owner struck up a conversation between the three of us. Although I do not remember their names, I feel like we became brothers after the hour we talked while waiting for our phone repairs. Since I started college, I have not had conversation so engaging and relatable with anyone in my school. Not only did the owner and the other employees stay late to complete our phones, they provided excellent customer service. The owner should be proud of how he runs his establishment. They have poor cell phone fixing They lie and say a phone is unlocked when it’s locked to a certain carrier they are very rude when it comes to fixing a phone there prices are ridiculous I bought a iPhone 12 there and when I got it the front camera would not work so I took it back and then when I got it the screen wouldn’t sit flat and Face ID would not work and the Bluetooth and the WiFi would keep disconnecting my AirPods and my internet also the phone would also freeze up and black out the screen on the iPhone 12 also had lcd issues and when I brought it back in for the final time they said you get what you pay for and I traded in a iPhone XR and a iPhone 8 Plus in perfect condition then he said he had a iPhone 12 mini for me then when I got there he said that it wasn’t any good so he gave me back a iPhone XR that he said was unlocked when it wasn’t i also paid $90 for the iPhone 12 and he didn’t even give me my money back I do not recommend coming here for anything that concerns a electronic because they do horrible...

EDIT to owner: it’s not letting me respond to you. It was around 6/4/25-6/6/25 iPhone 14 Plus. Mind you I’ve had this phone for almost two years and not once has it cracked but as soon as you guys repair it, nothing but cracks and it just gets worse.

Absolute worst repair shop I’ve ever dealt with. I went in for a simple battery replacement and these clowns dropped my phone, cracked it, made me wait a month, and then gave it back even worse. Since then, my phone has been falling apart — cracks popping up weekly like clockwork. Funny thing is, before THEY touched it, I’d dropped this phone a hundred times and never had a single crack. They ruined my phone and clearly used cheap parts or did a trash job. This place shouldn’t even be in business. They broke it, they half-fixed it, and now I’m left with a phone that’s practically useless.
