The Bike Hub is the only place and the only PEOPLE we trust to work on our bikes. We are willing to drive the hour and a half from Menominee just to have them work on our gear. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and generally all around good people. I would more than definitely recommend them for the seasoned rider AND the beginnners. They deal in new high end bikes and occasionally I have seen a refurb there too. The have kid's bikes, adult's, recumbents, mountain and road. They have just about everything you need for your cycling season. I would trust these guys with just about anything cycle related. They know what they are doing and they LOVE the sport. We ride Schwin and Bianchi, so we def do not have run of the mill bikes. They have NEVER steered us wrong or messed up something on our bikes. Thanks for all the great service guys!!

I like the location of the place it's easy to get to and plenty of free parking lots of room to load a bicycle. They have a female technician and female friendly which is Applause for a female going in there to buy a bike. The cool part of this is the shop realize everybody doesn't want to go to Reno on an expensive racing type bike. So they have a selection of bikes that the average person can ride around town and just enjoy. And they have some of the bikes displayed outside in the showroom which I thought was really cool.

I called on Thursday to get a spoke replacement on my magnum peak ebike, I bought my bike from a private seller and the bike hub staff fix it no questions ask, they also made adjustments to my steering column, adjusted brakes, lubed the chain ect. They unloaded my bike and loaded my bike as well when done doing the service and before working on my bike they called me and gave an accurate estimate prior to doing the service ! I picked up my bike with in 24 hours of dropping it off. Best service and knowledge staff !

This place is absolutely wonderful. Had the pleasure of dealing with both owners of the place. They both really knew what they were doing and what they were talking about. We ended up buying 2 bikes and went back a couple days later and bought the bike rack. The gentleman was able to look at me and know exactly what size bike I needed. He took the time to explain all the differences and to make sure we understood what we were getting. The bike I ended up with wasn't even assembled at the time as he just got a fresh shipment in. They even offered to have it ready in 15 minutes. I chose to wait till the next day as I wanted to ride it first to get a feel for it. They put both bikes on hold till the next day. We came back and I liked the bike so we bought them. My old bike rack I had to bring the bikes home ended up not working so well. We were going to take one bike home and come back to get the second one. Instead he offered to bring them home for us. That is awesome customer service and he didn't have to do that. Now I can say this.. The bikes were not cheap but this is an investment that will last a very long time and felt it was worth the price. To put it this way the construction of the bikes don't even come close to the box stores and we only paid a couple hundred more than the box stores. We know that we can come here anytime to get adjustments if we need them. So far every time we have walked in the door we were greeted immediately. Even when they were really busy. If you are looking for a bike or just advice in general this is the...

My husband and I went to the Bike Hub after doing a bit of research on recumbent trikes and visiting a couple of local shops. I have wanted a trike for quite some time, but I was uncertain how it would work out, as I have Cerebral Palsy. I was most interested in the TerraTrike Rover.

When arriving at the Bike Hub, we initially spoke with someone on the floor who recommended Tom, as Tom was more familiar with trikes. Tom was knowledgeable and helpful. Tom listened to my concerns and discussed my options. I knew the biggest concern was my ability to ride without much adaptive equipment. Tom made some adjustments to the Rover that they had in stock, so I could take it for a test ride. I fell in love with it and we were ready to make the purchase. Tom made sure I had everything I needed for the trike and even helped load it in our car. I am beyond happy with the service we received and am excited to get out and ride, as it gets warmer....
