When I arrived there were 5 cars ahead of me. I waited over 25 minutes. When my order was being taken, by a girl with black curly hair And red streaks, she asked what we wanted then didn’t respond for a full minute, I had to say hello several times before getting a response. I could clearly see through your windows and saw your employees standing around and laughing while a blonde hair girl ran around and did most of the work. After waiting we get to the window and the curly haired girl opened the window and just said 10.63, my boyfriend handed her his card and she said no American Express, very rudely. So my boyfriend gave her another card. I asked for our blizzard cup to be cleaned because it was dripping with melted ice cream. Then I asked the cashiers name to which she replied Roma, and then walked away to have my smoothie remade because it had started to separate. We had to ask another person (a guy) to give our card back and for our blizzard and smoothie and then we asked him what the girls name was to which he replied Ashanti. I’m not blaming the kids here, I am blaming the management for leaving these very untrained kids with no leadership. Read moreTerrible service today! It was a beautiful day and of course the DQ was packed, which is fine. There was only 4 workers, and of the 4, one was taking orders. We waited in like for 35 minutes and of those 35 minutes, 20 minutes was just waiting for our time to order. When we got to the desk to order, we stood there for 15 minutes (maybe more) without even being told we would be helped soon, or even acknowledged that we were standing there. There is 5 of us in our order, so we had 5 things to order. The girl taking the orders was also prepping the food and bagging the food while the other 3 workers walked around looking confused. Finally we ordered, and mine and my husbands ice cream/shake was wrong and not what we ordered. Did let the girl know that my shake was the what I ordered and she said “ oh I can make you another for free.” I was like nope….. I will say two families ahead of us, their order was incorrect as well and also the lady behind us had dolly bars she wanted to buy and after waiting FOREVER in line, she put them back and walked out. Terrible experience and we won’t be going back! I get the whole short staffed issue, hey I work in healthcare but come on…… we have known today was gonna be a beautiful day, have more staff on!!! Read moreI understand that this is not a normal “food” location however, we ordered the chicken bites and they were cold. Like they rushed them and they were only thawed. The food to an pretty long time. He said they ran out of gloves and had to get some.and there were only three other people in the dining room. There was one car in the drive through. After the cold dinner my daughter ordered a small Oreo blizzard . Again, only 3 other customers and equally 3 people working. Somehow from the time I ordered it until I turned around, they forgot about it. In all from the time we walked in until we got our blizzard was about 50 minutes. I almost felt sorry the young man working as he had to keep apologizing for everything. He looked like he was overwhelmed. I didn’t complain to him at all but I think he could see that I was getting pretty frustrated by the experience.
