In store shopping experience was perfectly fine, plenty of inventory etc… After purchase not so great. Delivery is not prompt, not sure why they asked for a time for delivery. After 4pm means 6pm and could be up to 10pm at night as I was told. Rescheduled delivery with a no show, no call, email, text nothing. I called the next day to see what the issue was, and was told they forgot to even put it on the schedule so I sat at home in the time frame I was given for a no show that wasn’t even on the schedule. I understand things can happen with delivery’s running late etc but a range from 4pm to 10pm is a little absurd to me. I canceled my order and will take my business else where. If you are picking up your own furniture I would say go ahead and shop there. If you need it delivered stay clear

Update : Just to clarify to people seeking a clear and honest review. I never asked for a "After 4" delivery, I was told on Friday 11/5/2021 4pm I was asked what time will work best for me, and 4 pm on the Friday was best it was settled on that end of phone conversation never said after 4pm closer to 7-7:30pm. 5:25pm ish that Friday I called and asked when was the delivery expected. The response I was given was we can not pin point a time it will be some time after 4 "this is the first time I was told this" I had prior arrangements that Friday afternoon around 6:30-7:00pm therefore I could not be home for their new estimated delivery time. So saying I refused the delivery is incorrect, I made myself available from 3:30pm-5:30pm little before time expected and little after. I did cancel the delivery after finding out it will be 3-4 hours after 4pm, and that is when we "rescheduled" which did not happen obviously. I made myself available on new delivery day 11/8/2021 from 4pm-9pm now knowing their range for deliveries, no one showed up that day no one contacted me, I did not bother contacting them due to it may be outside business hours so I just waited. I called after lunch on 11/9/2021 to see why is wasn't delivered that is when I found out it did not get put on the schedule and cancelled my order at that time. I am a very understanding person things to happen where deliveries will be late cancel etc... I was never contacted to say hey we are running late it will be 7-7:30pm for that Friday which still wouldn't have worked due to prior arrangements that I had made that did not conflict the delivery time from what I was told before the sale after sale is when this...

I had been at a state on vacation and came back home. To find our refrigerator wasn't working. It was good timing too because of the memorial day cells. Mario, helped me pick out the right one for me. I ordered it on Monday. And they installed it and took out my old fridge on wednesday. The guys were professional and friendly. I've never seen such successful problem solving in my life! They had to maneuver over my rock wall. And get it in the house which had plenty of corners. But they did it! I love this new refrigerator. Looked everywhere for a specific lazyboy recliner but couldn't find it without waiting months. Found Washburn's online and presto! they had the recliner in a color we liked even better than we were looking for. Cody was very knowledgeable and professional.
