Hurricane Milton (October 2024) was the first hurricane I experienced that wreaked havoc on my roof. In addition to assorted concerns associated with hurricanes, the roof presented unique challenges. Not only were there concerns related to damage such as leakage, but finding a reliable roofer that provides legitimate services and customer care is a challenge in and of itself. Thank goodness I found Roof PRO! Under the guidance of my Project Manager, Andrew Mulroney, Senior Production Manager of Roof PRO, my experience with roof replacement was nothing but positive. Mr. Mulroney was responsive to my concerns and always available to answer my questions. No question was a stupid question as far as he was concerned. Mr. Mulroney negotiated all aspects of my insurance claim which I thoroughly appreciated. In fact, the entire team surpassed my expectations. I appreciated the attention to detail of their very trustworthy and skilled laborers. RoofPro was a great company to work with! My wife and I got a few quotes from different companies but when Dustin with Roof Pro showed up we quickly knew that it was the company to go with. He was very knowledgeable and confident in the products they offer. He was very responsive via text and phone calls throughout the ENTIRE process. During the process, Joel, the founder of the company even stopped by to personally ask us if we needed anything from him. It was a great experience. I reached out to them online for an estimate for what I thought was roof damage. They called me right away and had someone at my house that day. He was super friendly. Got on my roof and inspected it. Found it was not damage but part of where the addition was done by previous owners. Gave my roof a clean bill of health and was very understanding about me calling him out even though it ended up that nothing was wrong. They didn’t charge us for the call out.
