Veterans of Foreign Wars — Local services in DeBary

I was there to get my taxes done as I have for years. The woman doing the intake was rude. I understand these people are doing this on a volunteer basis and for that, we who use the service, are very grateful. However, we come because we need the help not insults for not knowing how to do this ourselves or understand what is what. Came back to pick up completed taxes a few days later. This is a wonderful VFW post 8093 in DeBary Florida. A place where our veterans can come, and feel safe and share their camaraderie with each other. It’s a place for our Auxiliary to volunteer for our veterans, and community. A place to have a meal, listen to some music, share a drink, and help one another. This place was all decreated in red,white and blue in honor of our Vets. I was there to get some help and ideas for a project that I am helping with. I am grateful for the time and help I was given.

The VFW is known for things like raiseing money for a good cause or other events. They also having bingo 2 days out of the week. Thank you very much for your help and time 😊
