I agree completely! The employees all seem depressed & repressed (extremely unhappy)!!! No smiles here... The Large Lady Pharmacist is very RUDE, IGNORANT, UNKNOWLEDGABLE & EXHIBITS POOR/BAD/NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS... Every time I have to deal with her, everyone around her "CRINGES"... EVERYONE, around seems to be walking on eggshells! I have seen her actually "RUN-OFF" Customers! She'll tell them: "NOT TO COME BACK," "BECAUSE THEY ARE ( NOT WELCOME)"... This has been bad for "BUSINESS" & "BAD" for "MORAL"... She actually told me "NOT" to come back! All I did was ask her: Please, "Fix your mistake," as she rang my daughter's prescription out incorrectly... The "TRUTH" is, she has a "HOLIER-THAN-THOU""ATTITUDE"(ESPECIALLY IF SHE MAKES A MISTAKE)... According to her:"SHE MAKES "NO" MISTAKES"... She became angry with her co-worker, when her co-worker taught her how to press a simple "BUTTON" on the computer screen to fix her "MISTAKE"... Then, she was mad at me because, I refused to pay for her "MISTAKE"... She told me "NOT" come back! The lady @ the front register, SAID: She sent me to her to try and "PASS THE BUCK... Unfortunately, she told me I had to go back to The PHARMACIST & have her fix her "MISTAKE" back there. She apologized, as she was not able to "FIX THE PHARMACISTS MISTAKES"... "Please,"do come back, I will tell my MANAGER, you are a "GOOD CUSTOMER"!!! I then called "CVS CORPORATE" & "REPORTED THE INCIDENT" & FILED A CLAIM AGAINST HER... SHE HAS "NO RIGHT" to tell customers to essentially, "GET LOST"... The fact that she is RUDE, CRUDE & SOCIALLY UNACCEPTABLE, should be enough to "TELL HER TO GET LOST," ( FOR GOOD) & "DON'T LET THE DOOR HIT YA, WHERE THE GOOD LORD...
Read moreToday I was basically booted out of CVS because my insurance wanted a pre-approval, I needed my prescription today, but they wouldn't even let me pay out of pocket while I waited to get my approval. I called Grattan's Pharmacy, who previously couldn't get this medication for me, and the pharmacist there sold me 3 days worth at retail cost to get me through until my insurance did.
This kind of caring response is exactly why we need local pharmacies. Even though the everyone knew me at CVS, their corporate policy prevented their pharmacist from following my doctor's orders, and made him follow my insurance instructions instead.
BTW, Grattan's pharmacist was allowed to do this under PA state law. CVS could have done this for me as well, but they were perfectly willing to allow me to go into withdrawal instead, even though I had been buying this medication from them for years. I actually overheard their pharmacist complaining about the amount of paperwork CVS would require him to fill out if he did this for me. Their pharmacist was more concerned about his paperwork than he was about my health and well being
I will never buy another prescription from CVS again. I don't care if the cost is double, or I have to travel to a different town to get it I'm...

Now you have long lines of people trying to figure out how to do your new computer system , just to get their drugs. You people are not thinking of the older generation which is the people that probably get the most drugs off you. You're all you're only interested in yourselves and not...
