The woman at the counter was busy talking with some people in the drive thru from the time that I walked in until I was ready to check out. Even when I got to the counter she left me standing there for several minutes while she was still chatting it up. She did not help me find what I needed even though I asked. Made me feel like she couldn't be "bothered". I am not familiar with buying tabaco, tubes etc. I ended up wasting time and money purchasing the wrong item because she wouldn't come around from the counter to offer any assistance or simply just take a moment to answer my question. Always had have great service when I've visited here, whether it was buying tobacco products or in the gaming area. Employees are ALWAYS respectful and cheerful! 🤗🤗 Customer service is always on point!! It's clean, tidy, neat, very well organized and since I have some OCD issues, 🤣🤣🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️, that's a big PLUS for me!! Never have I ever experienced a disrespectful employee or rude.
