The service was terrible. There was no one waiting on our Lanes yet they wouldn't pause bowling to open gifts. If you take young kids bowling you know it takes a long time. Every 5 minutes the birthday princess is asking to open gifts. The grill was closed so all they have is $8 pizzas that were less than desirable, they didn't have sausage and pepperoni and you can't bring on your own food. My favorite part was getting the deposit back. The place is falling apart, no food, very few customers yet they made my daughter in law go back and sweep and vacuum 5 crumbs on the floor to get her deposit back. I understand people trash the place and that's the point of the deposit but your willing to keep $70 over 5 crumbs and then the owners want to threaten to keep her deposit because I spoke up!?!? We have a family business so I get that it isn't easy.... You still have to provide good...
