I bought a pair of school uniform shorts, they didn't fit my son. The very next day, I called in the morning to see if I could exchange them for a bigger size, was told yes, if I have receipt, great, no problem. A few hours later, I go in, the lady, (very rude) says "uh, you aint got no tags or nuthin on em", well,...no, I don't, my son took them off when he tried them on, but I have my receipt that I was told would be acceptable prior to me coming down here. Then, she takes my receipt that shows what I purchased and amount, and says, "not this receipt, I need a different one, you got two" I said, no, I don't remember getting two, if I did, I would have it. Then, looks at other employee rolling eyes, I walk off and go try to look for a different pair, they have none. I go back up, ask the lady if she knows when they'll get another shipment of school uniforms in, she says, "nope" and that was it. I asked if I could have my receipt back, she says, "the other lady has your stuff", I go over take my receipt and leave their shorts. Ridiculous. It wasn't about the money, I wanted the exact same pair, bigger size. Waste of my time, rude customer service, unprofessional and just lost a customer and everyone else I can tell to not go there. Which, I will. Selecting one star, because I can't leave it...

TERRIBLE customer service. If I could leave zero stars I would. Me and two other girls were yelled at by a woman working there for looking at wigs when we had intensions and did buy one. We were pointed at and given dirty looks by the staff the whole time we were in the store. We didn’t break any rules but were treated like we broke all of them for just looking at the wigs. Do not shop at this place. First of all they profit off of Black people second of all you will buy something and days will go by and they will update their computers and take more money from you even though the money comes out directly at the time of purchase, do not go to the store, make them lose all their business so they had to close their store and the black and or brown person can open up the store and deserve the credit...
