First Wok — Restaurant in Decatur

I’ve never had any issues until today. Food is good and people are friendly but today I placed an order for pick up. When I went in to pay I saw egg drop soup on the floor ( I ordered said soup) and they were starting to mop it up. Then I saw a lady with the soup to go container that had some soup remnants in it still. She refilled the container with soup from a large open can and put it into the microwave. This soup container was then given a lid and placed in my to go bag. I didn’t see the soup fall/spill but by the remnants on the container I can only guess they used the same container that possibly could’ve hit the kitchen floor.

It is sad how a restaurant that used to be the best can now be the worst. In February, went in, brought my order home & it was wrong. Called back & told them. So I was told to come back in at a later date give them my name, phone # & date of order to get 1 free meal. So today I call to get my free meal plus another meal. Person who answered said I couldn't get my free meal because someone else had got it about a week ago. I asked how did that happen & I was told they used my phone #. There is NO ONE ELSE THAT WOULD use my info.... so this was the LAST TIME I WILL EVER GO BACK. If u didn't want to give me the meal just say it DON'T...

This is my preferred American Chinese food that I eat. It’s usually always good, fast & hot. But today I grabbed lunch from them maybe within about 30 mins of them opening. I got what I ALWAYS get. Beef & Broccoli lunch combo w shrimp fried rice & a shrimp egg roll. I got to work to eat it & it smelled almost putrid (My coworker said rancid). Literally made the whole office smell in a bad way. I took one bite of the beef and it tasted regular but smelled almost decaying. I ate a little bit of it before deciding to completely throw it away..Why? because I was hungry.
