I had the absolute best service from these guys right here! I was traveling to Minnesota from quad cities - I was 3 hours from home and 3 hours to my destination. Right when I got to the corner my car had broken down but was able to get into the parking lot. They guys there were the absolute best! Turns out the belt on my car broke, the guys spent 30 minutes trying to find a replacement, it ended up being about 45 minutes away and did not hesitate to go pick up and THEN put it on for me! One of the guys even gave me a ride to a local restaurant to get some lunch and kill time since it was going to be a while. 5 Star shout out to Thomas in the Decorah store. His customer service skills are outstanding. We came in the store late, near closing, inquiring about a new headlight as ours had just gone out. He jumped in to try to help even though we all knew the vehicle is a challenging make/model to quickly change headlights on. He didn't hesitate to go out in the dark and try, and he was able to successfully get to the headlight. He helped us pick out new ones near closing time, and quickly installed them. He had no idea we had a trip the next day and that we were desperately hoping for the help. He didn't need to hear why it was a need for us; he treated it urgently all on his own. I decided to give these guys a try when I needed new windshield wipers, because I'm tired of supporting Walmart. When I tried to install the wipers, I accidentally broke the adapter piece. I went back to see if I could buy just that adapter, and instead, they just GAVE it to me. How awesome is that? That kind of great Behavior should not go unrewarded, hence this review.
