Ive been coming to House of Bundled since May and I’m so happy I made that choice. When I first came she immediately knew what my hair needed and we started addressing those issues. Here it is Aug and I’ve seen such a drastic change in my hair since these treatments. It’s so much stronger, hair doesn’t fall out as much when I comb it. Her products have def been strengthening my hair, growing my hair and just easier to manage. She does my treatments which is included with my ready to go wigs which not a lot of people offer those services included. While yes I like to wear my wigs but she makes sure she treats my hair before applying the wigs. I am an older female and trusted with a frontal in 2022 Octobert to be exact. There were a glue used and did question it at the time due to how it felt on my scalp even with the stocking cap that is suppose to protect the scalp, and was told that I needn't worry because they are "professionals" and would not be a problem or no affect on the scalp. I visited the shop twice for installments. I experienced scalp discomfort in the areas where the glue was used and up to this day 2024, I continue to feel the some discomfort and have difficulty growing hair that was there before having the installment procedure. I see why they were adamant of signing a non-disclosure of claiming no fault! FYI, I would not encourage any female to visit the shop for a frontal using the type of glue that is being used. I was looking for a hairstylist that was full service. I tried looking at Salons/Stylist in Boston that was good with natural hair but it seemed overpopulated and many did not provide full services such a washing hair. However, I was able to find this salon and I don’t regret it. Place was clean and super cute. The owner/ stylist made me feel so welcomed and was super professional. She really cares about her clients experience and hair while giving you advice on how to care for your hair. I found a new salon and I cannot recommend it enough!
