I had the chance and pleasure to be at an event catered by a Touch of Spain last weekend. I have been in the catering business for more than 20 years. If you are going to plan an event please reach out to Gianni Morandi who is the chef/owner of a Touch of Spain to ensure that your event will be a success. The charcuterie presentation was very tasty, truly beautiful to look at and incredibly abundant. The cheeses were excellent as well. All of the appetizers were delicious and presented elegantly.

The paella was truly outstanding. I had to go back for seconds though there wasn't that much left since it was so good. The prime rib was excellent. The servers were all excellent and accommodating.

I had a chance to meet the chef and you won't find a more pleasurable person to chat with so why not give him a call and have a very very memorable event for all the right reasons.

I can’t recommend this business enough!! The paellas were beautiful, absolutely delicious, and a total hit at our wedding. The prices are very reasonable and worth every penny. But what makes A Touch of Spain and More truly special, is the level of service that the chef and owner Gianni Morandi provides. From the very beginning when we did our tasting, Gianni was nothing but friendly and super accommodating to all our special requests (which my picky foodie father had a lot of). I expected delicious food, but we got that and much much more. Gianni met with us at our venue and helped us make a detailed timeline of the reception, even helping us with details that were beyond the scope of the catering he was providing. We did not have a wedding planner or day-of coordinator and without his help and input, our wedding day would not have been the same. His service staff were all very professional and did an excellent job ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Chef Gianni and Chef Cristina both catered to my business holiday party. To start, the organization creating this event was superb. It was a weight lifted off my shoulders as Chef Gianni guided me through what would be best for the party of 100 people. Not to mention, he supplied bartenders and servers to hand hors d’oeuvres which made the experience that much more unforgettable. I feel it almost impossible to put your trust in many businesses nowadays, but from my personal experience word of mouth is what should be trusted.
